Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
We conduct independent external evaluations, midline and baseline assessments using rigorous and context-sensitive methodologies. In parallel, we support institutions in developing MEL systems that enable continuous learning, accountability, and data-informed decision-making. Our approach integrates technical precision with practical tools to ensure the usability and sustainability of evaluation and learning frameworks. We build organizational capacity through staff training, coaching, and outsourced M&E support. We also synthesize findings into strategic knowledge products, policy-relevant reports, and facilitate learning workshops to strengthen institutional accountability, performance, and impact.
