The Jordan’s Community-Based Inclusive Development (CBID) National Strategy 2026–2030 provides a national framework for promoting the full inclusion and participation of persons with disabilities in all aspects of community life. Developed by Edmaaj for Development and Training Consulting for the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (HCD), with support from CBM, the strategy aims to strengthen inclusive communities, accessible services, inclusive governance, economic participation, and coordinated multi-stakeholder action. It aligns with Jordan’s national development priorities, disability rights framework, and international commitments, including the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
