Rafik has over 10 years of development experience particularly in the field of monitoring and evaluation. He has worked widely with a range of government, international and non-governmental organisations in the MENA region and beyond on a variety of projects ranging from governance, democracy, electoral observation, human rights, freedom of press and capacity building of civil society organisations. Rafik is an expert in programme evaluation, setting up monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, result-oriented monitoring and project management among other things that are elaborated in his CV attached to this proposal. Rafik is fluent in Arabic, English and French and has a Masters in management and internationalization of economies from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sfax (FSEGS) Tunisia.
